We rely on positive feedback from fellow colleagues and client’s about SNSG staff. Any colleagues that are nominated are presented with a letter and are entered into a monthly prize draw. We at SNSG like to recognise and reward colleagues who go above and beyond and value people who ‘go the extra mile’.
Despite receiving this award over a year ago, Daymion continues to be an outstanding colleague. He has managed and trained the control and communication staff as well as inducted newbies despite being on the day or night shift. Daymion continues to go above and beyond and is completely deserving of this award.
Liam was nominated by a Commonwealth Games Volunteer who said;
‘I was a Volunteer at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games venue – the Sandwell Aquatics Centre.
Liam showed to me that he can master the balance between being alert and spectator safety oriented as well as contributing towards the culture of the Games by being friendly, smiling and answering questions about where the toilets are countlessly.’
SNSG would also echo this, we are proud to have Liam in the SNSG family.
Rahma has been a welcomed edition to SNSG. We have been impressed with her resilience and front footed approach towards new and challenging tasks. Rahma has engaged in overtime and covering ‘hot spot’ shifts in control which really stretched her skills , but she was able to gain positive outcomes.
hristopher (seen in this picture in the middle of the top row) has received lots of excellent feedback from SNSG trainees, he goes above and beyond to deliver training that is realistic and relevant. Christopher also delivered ‘last minute’ training which really helped SNSG throughout the 2022 Commonwealth Games
Michael Starkey was nominated for his commitment to SNSG and Souflett Malt UK, even whilst progressing through a difficult and upsetting time with the death of his beloved wife, Michael assisted by way of covering additional shifts and last minute roster changes
Gary is a fantastic team member, he has helped to train multiple new staff on multiple new sites, even on his days off. He is a valued member of SNSG’.
David overcame his fear of flying to ensure he attended a meeting in Belfast this month. This was a real demonstration of commitment to his role at SNSG’.
Shahdaab, SNSG’s February Colleague of the month. Shahdaab is a member of our Mobile Patrol Team, he is new but making a huge impact! He has received this award for his outstanding commitment and support within his role.
Well done.
Mo Jawad is SNSG’s January 2022 Colleague of the Month. Mo is a long-standing member of the Mobile Patrol team who is the lead in training new mobile patrol officers. He has done a fantastic job to date; this award is a small thank you in recognition of his hard work. Well done Mo!
Tsvetan is a dedicated member of staff, both professional and polite and always on hand to help cover shifts when or wherever. He is a real asset to our company. Thank you Tsvetan.
Paulette is an extremely hard working employee. She has been active in supporting her supervisors on a very busy site and goes above and beyond to ensure that all tasks and deployment requirements are fore filled. Thank you Paulette.
Denise is amongst some of our newest Supervisors here at SNSG. However, she has lead and managed a team of 20+ people with grace and professionalism. Well done!
Siama received this award for her ability to deal with potentially high risk situations in a calm and collective manner. Siama has a style of conflict management that is a reminder to all that the power of words is far superior to force.
Hardeep received this award for his continued commitment at SNSG. He always goes above and beyond to help and support all departments. We very much appreciate it and value him as a member of our team. Thank you.
DeJay maybe amongst the youngest members of our team but he demonstrates maturity and a work ethic for anyone to be envious of. He is loved by all the SNSG family and we hope he will be with us for many years. A real asset to the industry.
Andrea received this award for ensuring that a vulnerable woman received the best possible mental health care following a simple ‘ hello, are you ok?’ whilst on her marshalling walk. Just shows, the simplest of actions can make a real difference.
Mo is a long standing SNSG colleague who is always willing to cover, stand in and go the extra mile for any of his colleagues. We couldn’t think of a better reason to give this COMA to him this month.
Proactiveness, organisation, professionalism are just some of the words used by our colleagues this month to describe Joshua. A well-deserved award!
Not only has Kristen been nominated for this month’s COMA – he has also been nominated for Security Guard of the year 2021. Kristen prevented a gas explosion on a residential site which would have resulted in injuries and or fatalities.
Prevented a high level theft on a high asset site is definitely deserving of a COMA – well done Daniel.
Starting a new role on a new site is never easy but Sonia has took to this like a duck to water. Smiles all round!
Lee has received this award for his outstanding customer focused approach. His smiling face ‘regardless the weather’ is something for us all to adopt from time to time.
Steve has been awarded the COMA this month for ensuring that the flood barriers on his site went up before forecasted torrential rain. This was very much appreciated by the residents in Solihull and helped to ensure their properties were not at risk.
Daymion has been nominated for this award by a fellow colleagues for always going above and beyond in his job.
Khem was nominated for this award by a property manager. Khem is relentless in ensuring the property that he works on is like ‘home from home’, Khem even waters the flowers around the grounds on a daily basis. The residents at this site are proud to have him as part of their team!
Dwain was awarded the COMA for embracing change and challenges within the control room. Dwain was also nominated by several clients for this award in recognition of his calm and professional approach towards everything he does.
Changzeb received this award for his outstanding performance and proactive approach within his role as the lead concierge officer at one of our flag ship sites.
