Otis Hanley

Founder & Non-Executive Chairman

At the age of 34, Otis founded SNSG Security following a successful career in quality management, leadership, and service delivery, alongside extensive experience within the security sector.

In 2003, he identified a clear opportunity within a crowded marketplace for a security provider focused on distinctive, high-quality service.

Starting with a team of five SIA-licensed officers, Otis grew the business steadily, building a strong reputation and expanding its client base, particularly within the licensed hospitality sector.

Today, Otis serves as Founder & Non-Executive Chairman of SNSG, providing strategic oversight, governance, and long-term guidance to support the company’s continued growth, values, and culture of excellence.

Directors

Martyn Green

Managing Director

Martyn Green has extensive security leadership and management experience prior to joining SNSG in 2012.

Martyn quickly made an impression and was promoted to head of operations within his first 2 years with the company.

He is now responsible for much of the compliance processes as SNSG, as well as being heavily involved in Close Protection deployments. Martyn is also the lead in tender writing and contract awards.

Emma Hanley

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As, Chief Operating Officer, Emma is responsible for the operational leadership and performance of the business.

Prior to joining SNSG, she spent over 15 years as a PE teacher and Assistant Head Teacher in a large secondary school. With strong foundations in psychology, leadership, and operational planning, Emma developed extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds—skills that now enable her to effectively support and develop the SNSG workforce.

Emma oversees the coordination of operational teams and departments, supporting the delivery of consistent service standards, internal performance management, and the implementation of business objectives across the organisation.

Her focus is on ensuring operational efficiency, team alignment, and the effective execution of strategic direction through structured leadership and performance oversight.

With a strong background in relationship management and organisational coordination, Emma plays a central role in supporting the continued growth, stability, and operational excellence of the business.

Danica Sharpe

Contract Manager

Danica joined SNSG in November 2021 as a door supervisor; her skills were quickly identified, and she rose through the ranks quickly.

Danica also holds a level 2 and 3 inspector safety certification as well as a level 5 in crowd management, and so puts her multiple skill-set to good use when needed for events and festival deployments.

Danica is SNSG’s operational manager for the nighttime economy and mobile patrol, Danica loves nothing more than to see her teams in action and continues to strive for excellence in all that she does.

Dave Hoult

Head of Events and Stadia

Dave Hoult joined SNSG in 2025 as Head of Events and Stadia, bringing extensive experience in security operations, event management, and venue safety.

His role focuses on overseeing the delivery of security services across events and stadia environments, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Dave has developed a strong reputation for building effective teams, managing complex security operations, and creating safe environments for clients, staff, and members of the public.

He believes that successful security is built on preparation, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

Sukhdeep Singh

Security Contract Manager – Healthcare

Sukhdeep Singh joined SNSG in October 2025 as a Security Contract Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience within the security industry, including extensive expertise in aviation security.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong skills in risk assessment, incident management, and maintaining safe and secure environments.

Since joining SNSG, Sukhdeep has played an important role in supporting healthcare security operations, helping to maintain high standards of safety for patients, staff, and visitors.

His responsibilities include overseeing security operations, supporting supervisors, and ensuring compliance across healthcare settings.

Shirwa Hassan

Administrator

Shirwa Hassan joined SNSG in 2025 as an Administrator and has quickly become a valued member of the team.

In his role, he provides vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while maintaining the high standards of professionalism that SNSG is known for.

Shirwa enjoys being part of a company that values teamwork, respect, and professionalism.

Office Manager

Komal Kaur has been an integral part of SNSG for over two years, serving as Office Manager and providing essential support to the day-to-day operations of the business.

During her time with the company, she has taken on increasing responsibility and developed strong skills in coordination, communication, and operational management.

Komal takes great pride in supporting SNSG’s field teams, ensuring they have the resources, information, and operational support needed to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Namrah Hussain

Control Room Operator

Namrah Hussain has been part of the SNSG team for over four years. She began her journey within the company working in concierge services, while also supporting various event security operations, before progressing into her current role as a Control Room Operator.

In her position, Namrah plays a key role in supporting security operations, monitoring incidents, coordinating responses, and helping to ensure the safety of clients, staff, and the public.

She enjoys working within the security industry because it provides opportunities to make a positive difference, particularly in situations where people need reassurance, support, or assistance.

She believes female security professionals often bring a calming presence and can help de-escalate situations through effective communication and empathy.
