Barton Marina
Another fantastic opportunity to take over the security at Barton Marina which is at the heart of the UK canal network . What a beautiful site and a welcomed change. SNSG’s site operational manager, Ryan Hanley commented ‘this is a new project that throws up some new challenges but we are all looking forward to working with the community to make some positive changes’.

Highfield accredited
SNSG’s training Highfield accredited training room is finally up and running. We are delighted to welcome new recruits who are keen to embark in a career in the security sector. Our calendar is full of exciting courses for both established and new officers. SNSG’s Commercial Director, Martyn Green, commented ‘ this has been a long time coming and we are delighted to final establish ourselves as an accredited training provider’.

BrightHR app
SNSG warmly welcome the arrival of our new BrightHR app in which all employees can access their personal SNSG files, update profiles and personal information, request holiday and moreover, gain access to medical & professional help for a variety of issues. This is a real asset to our workforce and we shall all embrace its modern features and slick processes. SNSG’s HR officer Katie Loftus remarked ‘We are sure this will make a positive impact to many of our employees, it is a real asset to the company’.

OCS Group
SNSG have been given the honour to work alongside the OCS group to provide stewards and security officers to the NEC. We are delighted to have been awarded this opportunity and will certainly be activating our youth charter work to ensure we have a great selection of personnel to deploy and ‘grow’ within the security industry.

Audit
In October this year our team underwent a vigorous audit within all departments and aspects of SNSG. The outcome is we are now featured in the top 3% of all ACS approved contractors in the UK.
The CEO has congratulated the team ‘ The team have worked extremely hard to maintain our high standards from recruitment and vetting to deployment and training. I am so proud of them all, the high score is reflective of all of our hard work, well done!’ . SNSG would like to say a big thank you to Steve Briaser, SNSG’s Quality Assurance Consultant, who has helped and guided our team through this process.

Concierge site
We are pleased to have been award yet another concierge site. Equipoint is a brand new development on the outskirts of Birmingham City centre. We are so proud to have been awarded this contract and know our knowledge and understating of this sector will enable a smooth transition from unoccupied to fully occupied in no time at all.

Power of Youth Charter
SNSG are proud to have signed up to the ‘Power of Youth Charter’ , with a growing amount of under 25’s within the company we felt this charter will help us as a forward thinking and progressive business to empower young people and progress them within the security industry.
Within SNSG we have made a promise to training and develop young people which includes offering free SIA courses and free development opportunities. We also pledge to promote and push young people into roles and responsibilities that have traditionally overlooked them.
We are excited to start this mission!
GOOD NEWS
Work at Eden Geothermal began on the 26th April with the security of the site entrusted to SNSG Ltd.
Evaluation feedback from this tendered contract award stated that SNSG were able to demonstrate an excellent technical submission. Our management and supervision, training, holiday and sickness cover arrangements, and qualifications were all considered excellent. SNSG were also able to demonstrate a number of features in the service over and above the requirements in the ITT.
The only reason holding SNSG’s submission back from full marks was the need to recruit staff for this contract; although this element initially proved difficult we are now in the process of enhancing local residents with the skills and Knowledge in order to complete the task to our proven high standards.
