Our presence within the social housing sector was launched in 2017 following our contract award to provide an advanced out of hours response service for Midland Heart.
Our provision has a customer-facing, evidence-based contract approach, where our officers routinely patrol a portfolio of properties, collecting evidence to support maintenance management and welfare services. We are also called upon to respond to and diffuse live anti-social behaviour incidents; deliver confidential documents to tenants; and implement a visual but not overpowering security presence to reassure service users.
SNSG provide teams response officers overseen by Team Leaders, with dedicated 100% electric mobile response vehicles, employee activity software, remote-worn CCTV body cameras and vehicle driver behaviour monitoring equipment.
