Our Concierge Staff receive regular training on CCTV/Public Space Surveillance, Hospitality, Security, and Office Management.

Dressed in your corporate uniform or SNSG uniform, we will provide an unequalled ‘Front Of House’ service either on a permanent or ad-hoc basis.

Company History

  • 2003

    SNSG was formed

    SNSG was formed in 2003 in response to a clear need for enhanced professionals offering distinct customer service skills within the Security Industry. We believed then, and still do today, that we can create local jobs for local people and train all of our employees to a higher standard than the industry expects.

  • 2010

    Registered Highfield Training Provider

    The company quickly developed a reputation for high-quality security, door supervision and night-time economy support services. Post 2010, SNSG naturally evolved to include static guarding, concierge services, key holding, mobile patrols and Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) certified Street Marshals. The company also became a registered Highfield Training Provider. This allowed us to and deliver a diverse range of security, safety and first aid training courses to nationally recognised qualifications. In addition, we then began formulating client-specific training courses to facilitate a bespoke service in partnership with our customers and their consumers.

    Over 200 employees

    Leading into 2014, SNSG were now employing over 200 local people and evolving our business to focus on key, local, public and third-sector contracts where our flexibility, responsiveness, diversity and commitment to unique client solutions closely matched the challenges faced by modern organisations. Due to this approach we established excellent working relationships with local crime reduction agencies, such as Warwickshire and West Midlands Police that continue today. SNSG Engage in a long-lasting Partnership between University of Warwick, Warwick SU, Warwickshire police, Warwick District Council. We also became CSAS Qualified. 2014 saw the arrival of SNSG’s very own state of the art CCTV suite operating 27/4 nationally.

  • 2015

    WAVE

    Our comprehensive training approach ensures qualified staff are specifically trained for the unique and individual working environment in which they operate.  This includes WAVE (Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement) training and the delivery of this bespoke course to our frontline staff focuses on CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) through our ongoing work with local CSE stakeholders.  Our experience with WAVE and CSE frameworks will ensure staff are ‘in tune’ with their own individual operating environment issues and our strict procedures with ICO regulations help to ensure service users get the support they need confidentially.

    SNSG venture into Social Housing

    SNSG venture into Social Housing following a complex tender award with Midland Heart.  This further developed our passion for safeguarding and protection of vulnerable people within the community.

  • 2017

    SNSG are finalists in Ifsec Security

    SNSG are finalists in Ifsec Security for Partnership initiative of the year. This was proposed in recognition of SNSG’s ongoing work with Warwickshire university Marshalls, Warwickshire Police and Warwick district council.

  • 2018

    Insulation of app based software

    SNSG get ‘tech savvy’ with the insulation of app based software taking the business into the 21st century.  The tech equipment is bespoke for both clients and operatives alike.

  • 2019

    SNSG are finalists at Ifsec

    SNSG are finalists at Ifsec, nominated for two awards; firstly ‘Partnership initiative of the year’ in recognition of our ongoing work with Midlands Heart and West Midlands Police,  secondly ‘Event security team of the year’ nominated for being the soul security provider at prestigious event which welcomed over 30, 000 people in central Birmingham spanning across three days. In 2019 SNSG also Pioneered the smoke Marshalls scheme with the NHS trust  which has now rolled out nationwide.

    Our annual ACS audit not only provided us with a score meaning that we retained our pacesetters membership but also placed us within the top 10% of all registered companies nationally.

    In reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic SNSG quickly adapted and redeployed our night-time economy workforce to support our local NHS Trust, deploying in excess of 50 employees between March and December. 20% of our workforce were placed on furlough with the remaining operatives supporting our service partner across a number of Waitrose and Morrison’s stores nationally.

  • Recognised as a National Living wage service provider

    In February 2021 SNSG proudly became a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the real Living Wage. We believe in paying a decent wage to our staff, who carry out vital work for many organisations, and therefore always provide a Living Wage costed bid to all our clients.

    In March 2021 SNSG achieved the required high standard to be awarded the much coveted “Birmingham Business Charter for Social Responsibility”. This award recognises organisations who have acknowledged the importance of corporate social responsibility, to help us improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of Birmingham’s citizens.

    In May 2021 Cyber threats are constantly evolving, and the number of incidents continues to rise. In May 2021 SNSG gained Cyber Essentials certification to help guard against the most common cyber threats and demonstrate our commitment to cyber security.
