Job Description:
SNSG is actively recruiting detail-oriented and composed CCTV & Dispatch Operators to join our control room operations. This role is vital in ensuring rapid response, continuous monitoring, and efficient dispatch for incidents across multiple sites.

Requirements:
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proven multitasking ability in busy control environments
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Calm and focused under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple CCTV feeds with vigilance
Dispatch security teams promptly in response to incidents
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Liaise professionally with on-site personnel and emergency services
